Shipping Policy:
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states and Washington D.C. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI), and PO Boxes may be available but is subject to additional fees and longer delivery windows. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Carriers
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on your location, package size, and selected shipping method. Carrier selection is at our discretion to ensure the best delivery experience.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website or through your account on pureshinequsupplies.com. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Please retain all original packaging and take photos of any damage, as these may be required for a carrier claim.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window on most items. Your satisfaction is our priority.
What can be returned
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Unused and in original, unopened packaging with all labels intact.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- Not listed under our non-returnable items (see below).
Defective or incorrect items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may return it within 15 days of delivery at no cost to you. We'll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Non-returnable items
For safety, regulatory, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened chemical / cleaning concentrates
- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Bulk / industrial-size products
- Sale or clearance items
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
How to start a return
- Email us atreturns@pureshinequsupplies.comwith your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
- Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging and attach the return label.
- Drop the package off at the designated carrier location. Keep your receipt as proof of return shipment.
- Once we receive and inspect the item(s), your refund or exchange will be processed.
Return shipping costs
- Defective / wrong item: Pure Shine covers return shipping — we'll email you a prepaid label.
- Change of mind / other reasons: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.
Refund timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your account.
Partial refunds
In some situations, only a partial refund may be granted — for example, if an item is returned in a condition that differs from how it was sold (signs of use, missing components, or damaged packaging not caused by shipping).
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange eligible items for a different size, scent, or variant. To request an exchange, contact us at returns@pureshinequsupplies.com and follow the same process as a standard return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days from our approval email, please first check with your bank or credit card provider. If the issue persists, contact us at support@pureshinequsupplies.com and we'll investigate promptly.
